One name at each end

Who hands your pet over, who receives them, and a phone number for each. We only hand your pet to the person you’ve named, so this one really matters.

Where to stop

Which door, which gate, where we can pull in, and anything that makes the doorstep calmer. Keep codes and keys with you and meet us at the door.

What travels with them

Their bag, their food, notes for the groomer or sitter. Tell us what’s in the bag and we’ll go through it with the person receiving your pet.

If plans change

Call us as soon as you know. We’ll update the handover and let the other end know who to expect.

If nobody answers

We never leave a pet at an empty address. We call your contact, then you, and your pet stays settled in their travel space while we sort it out.

Your next conversation

Tell us who’s riding, where they’re headed and who’s waiting, or call us on (202) 555-0112. We’ll plan the ride with you.
