Pupp’s Travel started with a very ordinary problem: getting a pet somewhere usually means someone taking half the day off. The groomer, the boarding drop-off, the ride home after a stay, the move across town. Every one of those needs someone who can get a dog or cat from one door to the next, calmly and kindly.

So that’s what we do. We’re based at Brookside Mews in Willow Ridge and plan rides around the neighborhoods nearby. Every ride is door to door, planned with you before the day and finished with a handover to the person you named. Our rides are pet-only, so the passenger gets our full attention.

Dogs and cats travel differently, so we treat them differently. Cats stay in their own closed carrier from one door to the next. Dogs ride in a secured crate or clipped in with a car-safe harness. Everybody travels with something that smells like home.

And we keep it fun. A cheerful hello, a calm ride and a happy handover. Pets read the room, so we try to make every room a good one.
