How ride day rolls.

From a few days before to the happy handover. Here’s what happens on every Pupp’s ride.

Six moments, every ride.

From getting the carrier out to the message that says they’ve arrived.

  1. A few days before

    Make the carrier cozy

Leave their carrier or crate out at home with a blanket inside, so it’s nothing new on ride day. Start packing their bag.

  2. The day before

    We check the details

We run through both addresses, the time and both contacts with you. If anything has changed, now’s the time to say.

  3. Ride morning

    Keep it chill

A short walk for dogs, a quiet room for cats. Keep breakfast light if they’re not great in the car.

  4. At your door

    Hello and settle in

We go through their bag and notes with you, then settle them into their crate, harness or carrier.

  5. On the road

    Straight there

Direct to the destination in their own secured space. No detours and no extra stops.

  6. At the other end

    The happy handover

Handed to the person you named with their bag and notes, then a message to you to say they’ve arrived.

Pack for the ride.

Every passenger travels with a small bag. Pick who’s riding and tick things off as you go.

Tap each thing as you pack it.

After the handover.

  • A message from us once they’re handed over
  • Their bag and notes stay with them
  • Anything the other end passes back comes home too
  • Their ride notes updated for next time

Some pets hop out and carry on with their day. Others need a minute. Cats do best leaving their carrier in their own time in a quiet room, with water and their litter tray nearby. Dogs usually want a good sniff around and a drink.

If anything about the ride seemed hard for your pet, tell us. We’ll add it to their notes and plan the next ride around it.
