How it works from Northbridge.

Daycare and grooming drop-offs on working days, planned around your building.

An appointment drop-off gets your pet to their booking without you leaving work early or juggling the school run. Book the groomer, boarding home or daycare first, then tell us the time, the address and who’s expecting your pet.

We plan the pickup around the appointment so your pet arrives settled, not rushed. At the other end we hand them to the team with their bag and anything you’d like the team to know.

Need them home again afterwards? Ask about a homecoming ride when you get in touch and we’ll plan both legs together around the time the team expects them to be ready.

How the ride goes.

  1. Before

    You book, we plan

Share the appointment time, the address and who’s expecting them. We plan the pickup around it.

  2. Pickup

    Bag check and hello

We go through their bag and any notes for the team with you, then settle them for the ride.

  3. On the road

    A calm ride over

Straight there, so they arrive relaxed. Cats stay in their carrier, dogs stay crated or clipped in.

  4. Arrival

    Handed to the team

We pass on their bag and notes at the door and let you know they’ve arrived.

Dogs and cats on the appointment drop-off

Dogs

  • A short walk before pickup, especially before a groom
  • Their usual lead and collar or harness
  • Labeled food if they’re staying for boarding

Cats

  • Their own carrier, so there’s something familiar there
  • A note for the team on how they like to be lifted
  • Covered or uncovered carrier, whichever they prefer

Groomer, boarding or daycare?

For grooming, tell us whether your groomer likes pets a few minutes early or right on time, and whether they’ll need collecting the same day. For daycare it’s usually just their lead, their notes and a quick hello at the door.

Boarding drop-offs have the most to hand over: food, a bed or blanket, feeding notes and any care instructions. Pack it all in one labeled bag and tell us what’s inside, so we can go through it with the team rather than leaving anything behind.

Pickups in Northbridge.

A few things that help the hello at your door go smoothly.

  • Lobbies and concierge desks

Tell us if there’s a concierge and whether we can meet you in the lobby.

  • Elevators and stairs

Tell us the floor and whether there’s an elevator. For bigger dogs, a short walk down is often easier.

  • Where we can stop

Let us know about loading bays or the best place to pull in, so nobody is rushed.

In their bag.

  • Your appointment confirmed with the business
  • The address and who’s expecting them
  • Food, bed or blanket for a boarding stay
  • Any forms or notes the team asked for
  • Your plan for getting them home

What we’ll ask you.

  1. The appointment time and the business’s address
  2. Who at the business is expecting your pet
  3. What the team needs from you
  4. Whether you’d like a ride home too
